This Company is a fraud,buy from it at your own risk. They have sold to me 2 machines that had mulfunctions. The first machine, they never gave me a solution, when I gave them a benefit of doubt and bought another machine from them, it still came with issues on the motherboard. And it is hardly 2 months old in my hands, their technician George sent me there own design, the machine still failed to read it. Now they want me to spend more money and I buy a new motherboard. I have tried to explain to them that the machine came faulty and they are super adamant. There's no value for my money, I feel cheated and it is suppliers like this that make us think twice about using platforms like these. Shirley the salesperson is only interested in selling more parts instead of solving issues that their products have.
